Stress & Rescue Course
The SSI Diver Stress and Rescue specialty program teaches you the skills you need to protect yourself and other divers. You will learn how to identify stress, how to prevent accidents and be taught practical techniques to conduct rescues and provide emergency care. With a combination of confined and open water practice sessions, you will become well prepared and confident at handling emergency and rescue situations. Upon completion, you will earn the SSI Diver Stress and Rescue Specialty certification.
- Your own scuba equipment (or rental available for an additional cost)
- Swimming togs

- Use of shower facilities
- SSI digital materials (access for life)
- Certification and registration fees
- Diving insurance (available at an additional cost if you do not have a personal policy)
NOTE: personal insurance is mandatory for any scuba diving activities in Ireland
- Equipment rental (available at an additional cost)
- Must be minimum Open Water Diver qualified and active status (or complete a scuba skills update with us)
- Must have first aid & CPR training valid (completed in the last 2 years)

Cancellations made atleast 72 hours prior will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made after this will not receive a refund but may receive the option to reschedule at the discretion of the dive centre.
